Katerina Hudak

Katerina Hudak is a dedicated and detail-oriented professional currently pursuing a Master of Science in Digital Marketing at Sacred Heart University. With a strong foundation in finance and event logistics, she brings a well-rounded perspective to the evolving landscape of digital strategy and customer engagement.

Katerina began her academic journey at Salve Regina University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with minors in Sports Management and Business Administration. During her undergraduate years, she demonstrated leadership as captain of both the Women’s Cross Country and Track & Field teams, while also achieving academic honors, including membership in the Chi Alpha Sigma National College Athlete Honor Society and consistent placement on the Dean’s List.

In her professional role, Katerina works as a Staff Accountant/Analyst at Sacred Heart University, where she manages financial statement preparation, reviews expense reimbursements, supports audits, and helps improve day-to-day processes. This position demands strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach, qualities she has developed through years of experience in accounting and event logistics.

Prior to joining Sacred Heart University professionally, Katerina supported major event operations through roles at NBC Sports and the United States Sailing Association. Her work on logistical planning and athlete support for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games further sharpened her organizational and communication skills in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

Now expanding her expertise into digital marketing, Katerina is focused on combining her interest in data analytics with her creativity to deliver insights-driven marketing strategies. She enjoys analyzing customer behavior, identifying trends, and using data to guide marketing decisions that improve performance and engagement. Her goal is to pursue a career in marketing analytics where she can make a meaningful impact and continue building her career.
