Lola Knadler
Lola Knadler is a multi-talented marketing professional and current Digital Marketing Master’s student at Sacred Heart University who brings both analytical insight and creative flair to every project she takes on. With a strong foundation in business, fashion marketing, and digital strategy, Lola has built a career that seamlessly combines community-centered storytelling with data-driven campaign execution.
She currently serves as the Marketing and Communications Coordinator at the Darien Arts Center (DAC) in Connecticut, where she leads initiatives that celebrate the intersection of arts and community. At DAC, Lola has managed large-scale campaigns, including the center’s 50th-anniversary celebrations, and successfully increased Instagram reach by over 200% within just three months. Her responsibilities span content creation, email marketing, event planning, web updates, and visual branding—skills she hones daily using tools like Canva, Emma, and Google Suite.
In parallel, Lola is also the Marketing Manager at Chavo Trades, a fast-growing options trading education platform. There, she oversees social media strategy and content performance, driving community engagement and platform growth through creative storytelling, and deep audience insights. Under her leadership, Chavo Trades saw a 160% boost in profile activity and a 51% increase in website traffic within a single month.
Lola’s career path has included internships and positions in merchandising, luxury fashion, and financial services—each one deepening her understanding of consumer behavior and cross-platform marketing. Her experience at companies like Tailored Wealth, Ann Inc., and Todd Snyder helped shape her well-rounded approach to digital marketing strategy.
A three-time Sacred Heart University alumna, Lola holds a B.S. in Fashion Marketing & Merchandising, an MBA with a concentration in Digital Marketing, and is currently pursuing her M.A. in Digital Marketing. She is certified in social media management and digital advertising, and she’s known among peers and colleagues for her strong communication skills, creativity, and results-focused mindset.
